We are currently accepting applications for the 2022 Dracut Old Home Day!  Our annual event will be held on Saturday, September 10th, 2022.

By submitting the online or paper application, you confirm that you have read The Dracut Old Home Day Committee vendor and group rules and agree to abide by these rules.  Click here to read the rules.

 

ALL APPLICANTS WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH ANY CDC, STATE AND LOCAL COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE FOR THE 2022 DRACUT OLD HOME DAY TIME FRAME.

*All applications are subject to approval by the Dracut Old Home Day Organizing Committee.

*The Dracut Old Home Day Committee reserves the right to deny booths that in our opinion are not proper for this type of event.

*We reserve the right to limit booths with similar items and similar demonstrations.

*We reserve the right to deny vendors who have failed to abide by the rules in previous years.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS AND TENTS.  SPACES ARE 12' X 12'.

*DEADLINE for all applications is August 31, 2022.

*No Refunds - EVENT TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.

 

*No refunds for non-attendance or cancellation.

There is a limited number of spaces with access to electricity.

They will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

Please indicate on the application if you will need electricity.

Electricity will not be available on the day of the event if not specified

 on the application and approved in advance.

*Please note that you will be required to supply your own tables, chairs and tent.  Spaces are 12' x 12'.

*If you register and pay online, you will receive a confirmation via email. 

If you register using the paper application, we will confirm receipt via postal mail.  

*Booth assignments - you will be contacted 7 - 10 days before the event with your booth number.

*All exhibitors are expected to be fully set-up with vehicles, trailers, etc. prior to 8:30 am on the Saturday of the event.

*Set-up of your site(s) can take place between 4 - 8 pm on Friday night before the event (Dracut Police, overnight detail will be provided) and between 6 - 8:30 am on Saturday, day of event.
